Privacy / Contact information
How Contact information is handled.
This page explains in plain language how information submitted through the Contact form is handled.
Information included in an enquiry
The Contact form asks for your name, work email, and the challenge or improvement goal you want to discuss. You may also choose to provide your company, company website, and project stage. A submission may also include the site context that led you to the form.
How it is used
Tenth Tech uses this information to understand your enquiry and respond to the work email you provide. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing emails.
How enquiries are delivered
Resend processes Contact submissions for email delivery to the inbox Tenth Tech uses to handle enquiries. The website does not intentionally keep a separate database copy of the submission.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or highly sensitive information through the Contact form. A first enquiry should only include enough context to understand the business challenge.
Privacy questions
For questions about information submitted through the Contact form, use the Contact page and mention privacy in your message.
